Our support program includes:

• Unlimited telephone support

• All software updates and enhancements generally available to customers (excluding separately priced items)

• Updates to online, context-sensitive help screens

• Monthly network programming downloads​

 

Standard Support currently provides programming downloads for:
CNN, ESPN, ESPN2, USA, TNT, Discovery, Lifetime, TBS, A&E, TLC, Paramount, FXNW, and HGTV.

 

Extended Support adds downloads for:
TV Land, History, Food Network, Comedy Central, Freeform, BET, The Weather Channel, Fox Sports 1, SEC Network, E!, and MSNBC.
